When My Baby Dreams of reading her books...

Oh here it is! Our first book cover ♡ When My Baby Dreams (HarperCollins, Balzer + Bray )

This book is highly tested with the target audience. Here you can see the test group in action. ;)

The Project Nursery: The reading corner is still middle of progress,
I'd like to make some kind of babyproof divan there,
where we could read or play with Mila.
Before I figure out how to make that,
there's just blankets and pillows to make it more comfortable.

 Mila's favourite books so far:

1. Cat the Cat, Who Is That? by Mo Willems
2. Not a Box by Antoinette Portis
3. Beautiful Oops! by Barney Saltzberg
4. Who Will Comfort Toffle? by Tove Jansson
(Ok, this one is actually MY favourite, but I love to read this one for her. The author was a Finn and incredibly talented woman!)
5. Good Night Moon by Margaret Wise Brown
(Classic!)

Hey, what are your favourite books? I'd love to hear...

  4. I love the idea of a reading corner!

    We like reading:

Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See? by Bill Martin (illustrated by Eric Carle)
Bear Snores On by Karma Wilson (especially because of the snoring button but the words are great too)
The Story of the Little Mole Who Knew it Was None of His Business by Werner Holzwarth and Wolf Erlbruch (a story about poo)

And I love to read the Hairy MacLary books by Lynley Dodd but they are a bit too old for my little one at the moment.

  14. Whenever I need a gift for a baby, I'm going to give your book... it looks wonderful!! I just loved how creative you were with Mila's sleep time!! One of my favorite books is Runaway Bunny, by Margaret Wise Brown, with pictures by Clement Hurd. ♫ ♪♫♪♫♪♫♪ "Once there was a little bunny who wanted to run away. So he said to his mother, 'I am running away.'" ...♫ ♪♫♪♫♪♫♪"'If you run away,' said his mother, 'I will run after you. For you are my little bunny.'" ♫ ♪♫♪♫♪♫♪ I had this book on tape for my children (current ages 29, 27, 25, & 23 -- time goes by so fast) and another copy for the preschool where I taught. Children just love the rhythm when the words of the book are put to music.

The Jewish Museum in Manhattan is holding an exhibit of Keats' works for the next few months, I can't wait to see the pictures up close.
